Amateur Anglers Worldwide – Shipping Policy

1. Our Unique Shipping Process

To ensure we provide the highest quality gear while keeping costs fair for our community, we operate on a weekly fulfillment cycle.

  • Order Cut-off: All orders placed by Sunday at 5:00 PM (AEST) are included in our weekly supplier run.

  • Processing: We place our bulk order with suppliers every Monday. Your items arrive at our Beachmere hub mid-week, where we personally unpack, inspect, and repack them to ensure everything is perfect.

  • Dispatch: Your order will be shipped out from Beachmere via [Carrier Name, e.g., Australia Post] every Thursday or Friday.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because of our weekly cycle, your total delivery time depends on when you place your order:

  • Best Case: Order on Sunday, Ships Friday, Arrives early the following week.

  • Maximum Wait: Order on Monday, Ships the following Friday (approx. 10–12 days total).

3. Shipping Rates (Australia Wide)

  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $15.00

  • Express Shipping: $20.00 (Note: This speeds up the courier time, but the weekly processing cycle still applies).

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150.

4. Local Pickup

If you are in the Moreton Bay region, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. We will notify you as soon as your gear is ready for collection at our 4 Adam Street, Beachmere location (usually by Friday afternoon).

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is packed and ready for the courier on Friday. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
